Environmental Transmission Electron Microscope Hitachi H9500 (E-TEM)
The Hitachi H-9500 E-TEM is a microscope specifically designed for in situ observations at environmental conditions up to 10-2 Pa. In addition to its regular single-tilt and double-tilt specimen holders, the Hitachi H-9500 E-TEM provides a Hitachi liquid flow cell holder, as well as a double-tilt heating holder which is available for analyzing specimens from room temperature to 900oC, either in vacuum or with up to two gasses and one vapor (H2, O2, CO, CH3OH, or CH4). It is also equipped with a Bruker Quantax Energy-Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy (EDS) System for elemental analysis in TEM mode.
